What we collect

When you use kiez.fyi, we collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account information — your email address and display name, managed by our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Pinned locations — the places you choose to pin on the map, including their coordinates, names, and travel-time preferences.
• Saved zones — computed neighborhood zones you explicitly save.

What we do not collect

• We do not track your browsing behavior across other websites.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
• We do not use analytics trackers or fingerprinting.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to:

• Compute isochrone intersections and find your ideal neighborhood.
• Save and restore your zones between sessions.
• Surface relevant property listings within your computed zone.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Authentication is handled by Clerk, which stores your credentials separately under their own privacy policy.

Data deletion

You can delete your saved zones at any time from within the app. To delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove all associated data.
